Consumed:
Morning:
1 x jalapeno chicken wrap (pret a manger)
Dinner:
2 x XL portion of Mexican style stir fried mixed vegetables. Containing mushrooms, peppers, mange tout, tomatoes, kidney beans and onions.
Snack:
2 x cheese on toast
1 x slice of plain bread
Handful of chocolate raisins
A few Quality Streets
Notes:
.Chicken wrap was bought for me by my editor, Sarah. Yum.
.2nd portion of stir fry was the left overs from the two other people I made the food for.
